WE HELPED #MAKEADIFFERENCE by supporting Students in Action (SIA) as they mobilized thousands of youth to engage in service and improve their leadership and communication skills.
INCREASING CONFERENCE ENGAGEMENT CustomED helped Multiplying Good revamp its Students in Action curriculum with a top-down re-design to create a more fun and engaging program. This new conference curriculum has already been deployed in both in-person and online modes and offers SIA a tool that will long outlast our collaboration. STUDENTS IN ACTION TRAINING CURRICULUM CustomED delivered a structure and vision for a 3-year training curriculum for Students in Action. We designed and created all materials for the SIA conference, including agendas, activities, facilitator notes, and supplements to the activity plans. This was done for both in-person and virtual conferences. THE IMPACT CustomED helped Students in Action increase its student engagement level and conference ratings, as well as supported the client in fostering youth personal skills such as leadership, public speaking, and project management. We also supplied SIA with a library of curriculum and resources that can be adapted and reused for years to come.
